How fast the cursor moves. Higher = the pointer flies farther. No good or bad — don't be scared of specs.
What is eDPI? ▾
DPI × in-game sens = your real feel. For tinkerers only; skip it and still pick a great mouse.
Palm, claw or fingertip? ▾
Palm = relaxed, Claw = most common, Fingertip = most agile. No wrong answer.
How heavy should it be? ▾
Lighter = faster flicks, heavier = more stable. Pros almost all use 50–65g. Go light.
Is my hand small? ▾
Middle fingertip to first wrist crease. Under 17cm = small. Or just compare with your iPhone.
What is polling rate? ▾
How often the mouse reports position. 1000Hz = 1ms, already fast. Nice-to-have.
